Hi, I'm Shane.

I'm a member of the GTM staff and the first sales hire at Graphite [now a Cursor company].

Previously, I spent three years as a founding Account Executive at Arthur, where I had a front-row seat to the early days of the AI revolution. My sales career began after a pivot from campaign politics; I spent my early years as a political operative working in field and finance roles before moving into SaaS sales across the marketing tech, cloud-native, and business intelligence spaces.

I received my BA in Sociology/Anthropology, Education, and Psychology from Swarthmore College. Today, I live in Harlem, NYC, with my wife, daughter, son, and Frenchie. Outside of building Graphite, I help run The Magnus Co., a toy and book store my wife created, and I spend my free time tinkering with tech, playing video games, and trying to cure my workaholism.
